Role Description

Luma, For Her Health and Wellbeing is an organisation providing equitable health and wellbeing services to women in Western Australia. One of our niche areas is Mental Health and Counselling; we provide this in the form of 1:1 counselling, group support and family therapy. Many of our programs are funded by grants, our strategic plan is to diversify how we make profit.
This project will: 1. Complete a literature review of current Australian and International best practice guide on decision making regarding who receives funded care, what client profiles receive low fee and who pays full fee. 2. Make a Luma pathway for mental health care based on the research findings with a sustainable profit margin in mind. 3. If time allows, gain feedback from external stakeholders regarding the developed pathway.
