Role Title: Research Intern, Parent Community Group Long Form Survey

Internship Period: Winter (June - July)

Role Description

1. Carry out phone interviews: assist with a long form conversational phone survey of key representatives from 650 WACSSO Parents & Citizens (P&C) incorporated associations, with the purpose of:
a. Data integrity (clarifying people in roles and their contact details) b. Clarifying P&C demographics and details (clarifying their status as employers, canteen operators, etc) c. Apprising and getting feedback on WACSSO invoice changes d. understanding the top concerns of P&Cs (by asking an open ended question and taking notes). These conversations are intended to be conversational rather than scripted, will be 10 to 20 minutes in length, and the representative you are calling is a member of our organisation (e.g. this is not cold calling). Take comprehensive notes and input interview outcomes into a spreadsheet. We would provide the questions and fall back scripts as need to ensure you are successful in this role. 2. Incidental assistance in preparation for our Conference in August
