Role Title: Staff Engagement Analyst intern

The Staff Engagement Analyst intern will work in Activ's Learning and Organisational Development team, analysing Activ's staff engagement and satisfaction results, and recommend improvements to nurture a positive workplace culture.
The role would suit someone who:
- Is enthusiastic and pursuing studies in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Has a basic understanding of data analysis concepts
- Is a good communicator and eager to learn
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
