Patches seeks to incorporate an interactive Chat Bot / Virtual Assistant into our website www.patches.com.au (Wordpress).
The goal is to incorporate Patches FAQ and all website content into a language model that responds accurately to common questions.
The benefits of this project are to facilitate timely sharing of accurate information, and scheduling of appointments; while reducing the burden of administrative tasks on support staff.
