Role Title: Research Intern: Regional Service Needs

Role Description

The intern will provide critical support to the senior leadership team to develop understanding of the need for ASeTTS services by people who are living in regional areas of WA.
The intern will be tasked with: - researching humanitarian settlement in WA (i.e., where people have settled) and in other states and territories across Australia - making contact with representatives in LGAs to explore their communities cultural diversity and service needs - exploring opportunities for ASeTTS to develop service opportunities in regional areas to assist people from refugee-like backgrounds, and/or to provide training and support to people in community to improve cultural awareness.
