Role Title: Stakeholder Database Intern

Law Access relies on lawyers in the private profession to express interest in assisting vulnerable applicants for legal assistance without charging their usual fee. We do not have a properly populated up-to-date database of our lawyers and we are replacing our mass mail package as of the beginning of 2024. A previous intern ran a survey to collect updated contact information and area of practice information from our pool of pro bono lawyers (approx 500 people). We received 200 responses and now need to collect updated information from the other 300 people by the most efficient means possible. We will then enter the new data into our file management and contact management system (Filepro). We will be creating a new mailchimp database for mass emails and setting up templates for regular newsletters.
