City West Lotteries House, located in West Perth, is the beating heart of Perth’s not-for-profit sector. Providing affordable and centrally-located office premises for a vibrant community of NFP organisations, we have over 20 tenants and many more not for profits that host events in our conference and training rooms.
Lotteries Houses provide a community base in which to form supportive business relationships. Organisations in our buildings are diverse and support many people in the community. Our tenants are provided with services that enable their working day to be focused on delivering their unique value to their communities.
