Role Title: Employee Onboarding Procedure Development Intern

Role Description

We are looking for help in developing content that is provided to new staff that outlines role descriptions and answers FAQ's. This will involve reaching out to existing staff to find out what information they wish they had when starting, and then developing content by coordinating with HQ staff (recruitment, marketing, therapists, member engagement, etc.). Much of this content can then be turned into training content using Edapp (training software). This is an start to finish project, where a plan will need to be created prior to getting stuck into the bulk of the work, and then carried through to implementation.
