Role Title: Customer Experience Project Intern

The Customer Experience team is currently undergoing a transformation across people, process and technology. Our action plan has 57 items that need to be addressed and a key objective is the review of process and policy, which this role will be responsible for.
While this role is based within the Customer Experience Team, it will be key in working with stakeholders across the business and our local community to journey map, review and implement current and new processes to meet the changing needs of the business. The role will also be responsible for identifying any gaps in our systems or processes that may need to complaints and help recommend alternative options to improve the customer experience.
The City of Swan is a local government area of Western Australia. It is in the eastern metropolitan region of Perth and includes the Swan Valley and 42 suburbs. It is centred approximately 20 km north-east of the Perth central business district.
