Role Description

ConnectGroups is the Peak Body organisation in WA for Peer Support and the voice for over 700 Peer Support Groups across the state. Support Groups allow people dealing with stressful life situations to share their experiences and to offer emotional and practical support to one another.
The role of the intern is to conduct an analysis of existing and increasing costs and resource requirements of Peer Support Groups and compile a summary report. This report will inform ConnectGroups’ advocacy activities and help shape its campaign to Government around allocation of funds to the Support Group Sector.
