Role Description

We are currently looking for 3 interns with sound research capabilities along with excellent MS Word skills to update the following program manuals:
• Transition to Work • Communicare Breathing Space • Parents Next • Tuart House Women’s Refuge • Connect & Respect These manuals document and communicate the requirements and processes to be followed for delivery of these programs operated by Communicare. The programs are separated into 6 parts to enable ease of navigating the Manual. • Program Introduction: the purpose, service model, elements of service delivery and compatibility with Communicare initiatives. • Program Regulation and Administration: the management of staff and finances, regulation and compliance. • Security, Safety and Emergency Response: the policies and procedures in ensuring a safe working environment for staff and clients. • Foundations of program service delivery: the underlying principles as a framework for best practice and high safeguarding standards. • Delivering programs operations: process for staff to follow in applying the elements of the service. • Service Delivery Feedback and Review: quality assurance processes. Scope - This Service Manual is applicable to all personnel employed in the each program. It documents the principles and operating procedures to ensure the high-quality delivery of services and safety for staff and clients.
