Role Title: Project Intern - Policy Alignment

Organisation: Youth Affairs Council of WA

Internship Period: Winter (June - July)

Location: Leederville

Role Description

The intern will undertake research into strategic policy across Government (predominantly State and Federal levels but also local government where relevant) and other documents/organisations of influence to generate strategic alignment documents for a number of different youth-led projects, that will guide government engagement and inform strategic decision-making.

The Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia (YACWA) is the peak non-government youth organisation in Western Australia. We operate primarily as a human rights organisation that seeks to address the exclusion of young people in a rapidly changing society.
