Role Title: Project Intern, Learning and Development - eLearning Module Development

Role Description

The intern will develop an eLearning module for Ngala supervisors, team leaders and managers to induct them into their staff supervisory role. This would entail gathering requirements, engaging with Ngala stakeholders (subject matter experts and users), developing a storyboard for review and approval of the content and flow, developing an eLearning module within Articulate360, piloting the module with an assigned test group and finalising the module based on feedback ready for release.
This project would suit someone studying Human Resource Management, Organisational Development or Education.
