Role Title: IPAA WA Qualitative Research Project - Building a better understanding of delegates
Organisation: Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) WA
Internship Period: Semester 2 (August - November)
The Program Intern will work with the Program Development and Strategic Partnerships Manager to deliver critical insight into existing and potential delegates of IPAA WA's program through a research project entitled ‘Life Cycle of an IPAA WA Delegate: Positioning IPAA to serve 5000 members and guests by 2027’. The project will be based upon in-depth interviews with past, present and prospective individual members.
The research will enable IPAA WA to better meet the needs of its members and guests by targeting services to common professional development needs at every stage of their careers. Strategically, this project falls under the objective of increasing annual attendance at IPAA WA’s program of seminars, conferences and events to 5000 by 2027.
