Role Description

This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting project which aims to provide Statewide access to culturally safe, holistic, community based supports and services for young people under 25.
The project works on a rehabilitative, non punitive, case management basis, interconnecting service providers across the community to provide long term supports to young people at risk of entrenchment in the justice system. DARDY (Disability Advocacy & Referral Diversion for Young people, seeks to reduce incarceration rates, recidivism and interactions with family services and increase opportunities, access to NDIS, therapies, community program through an individualised pathway model.
