Role Description

Overall project objective: present (slide deck and report) a recruitment marketing strategy for consideration. Components of the strategy to include:
1. Social Media: a. Provide a social media strategy for promotion of jobs and careers at AWA. b. Highlight company culture and values through posts. 2. Recruitment Content: a. Make recommendations and create engaging posts, videos, and graphics to showcase careers at AWA b. Showcase company's employer brand effectively. 3. Job Advertisements: a. Review and draft alternative job ads to optimise reach and engagement 4. Employer Branding: a. Make recommendations on how to portray the organisation’s culture, EVP and employee experiences through our Careers page b. Ensure recruitment marketing is consistent with brand guidelines. 5. Candidate Engagement: a. Provide recommendation on how to maintain engagement with passive candidates b. Advise increase connections with potential candidates. c. Advise how to keep candidates informed about opportunities and news 6. Recruitment Events: a. Identify the opportunity for the talent acquisition team to attend job fairs, webinars, workshops to maximise the reach of the organisation’s brand 7. Market Research: a. Research sector trends and competitor practices for recruitment marketing 8. Candidate Feedback: a. Review candidate feedback survey for enhancement. 9. SEO & Keywords
