Role Title: WorkSafe Stakeholder Engagement Intern

Organisation: Department of Mines Industry Regulation and Safety

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)

Location: Cannington

Role Description

The intern will report to the Strategic Compliance Manager and will be responsible for:
Mapping out all events that WorkSafe will be attending and participating in 2024; Outlining the relevant collateral required for each event and drafting a suitable business case as required; Identifying the relevant WorkSafe guides and information required for each event; Identifying relevant WorkSafe Teams that can assist with developing these guides; Building a register of WorkSafe staff who will be attending the events; Developing an After-Action Review Register for past events; and Routinely communicating with relevant stakeholders. The final stage is to draft a report on the 2024 Events plan for WorkSafe Management. The Intern will work closely with the WorkSafe Education Team and relevant Team Managers.
