On Tuesday 20 September the McCusker Centre for Citizenship Alumni Committee held a Catch Up & Connect networking event that brought together our alumni, UWA students and some of our valued community partners.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and many thanks to our special guests who shared their expertise on social impact:
- WA Local Hero 2022 Craig Hollywood from Short Back & Sidewalks
- Dr Dayna Pool, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Healthy Strides Foundation
- WA Young Achiever of the Year 2021 Sophie Stewart, who is the current Coalition and Campaign Manager of Social Reinvestment WA and founder of Swim For Refugees.
This event was generously funded by the UWA Alumni Fund Student Grant.
