Pollinate Group Student Fellowship Program (on hold)

Are you passionate about international development and social enterprise and want to earn credit towards your degree?

The Pollinate Student Fellowship Program is designed for students from around the world to gain experience in an award-winning social enterprise in India and Nepal.

Your impact
You’ll refine, test and evaluate projects that have a direct impact on the future of people living in neglected communities.

Your involvement in a Student Fellowship Program is essential to building our capacity and sharing knowledge with our team, women entrepreneurs and customers.

Program structure
You’ll become a part of the social businesses, Asha Kiran or Kalpavriksha, gaining a practical understanding of the entrepreneurial approach to community development, an appreciation for involving the end user in design and change, and tools to help you initiate and lead game changing ideas in your studies and future.

The program involves 3-4 weeks at one of our offices, including time interacting with our customers and women entrepreneurs to understand their challenges and needs.

Global Citizen - New York (on hold)

What's involved

The Global Citizen program sends students overseas to join the Global Policy and Advocacy team at Global Citizen for a three month internship in New York.

This is an exciting opportunity that provides the successful candidates with an extraordinary experience to put into practice what they have been studying as part of their undergraduate or postgraduate degree.

Each internship comes with a travel bursary of up to $5000 per internship to help cover student costs. Global Citizen also provide a US$200 stipend per month to assist with transport and food costs.

Global University Exchange (on hold)

Do you want to explore active citizenship on a global scale and gain credit towards your qualification?

The McCusker Centre for Citizenship has partnered with like-minded universities to offer UWA students the opportunity to undertake a Global Exchange.
