Role Description

Council on the Ageing (COTA WA) is the voice for more than 450,000 people over 65 year old in Western Australia.
As the Membership Engagement Strategist Intern you will lead a project to mature our membership program by harmonising membership data into a streamlined, analytical system, improving our member onboarding processes, and developing impactful member engagement strategies. As part of the internship you will also be able to advise the business on technology solutions to better manage and engage with our members. This role involves working closely with the CEO to develop a project plan and to execute this plan. You will also have opportunities to interact directly with community members, contributing to meaningful initiatives that enhance the experiences and benefits for older Western Australians.
