Role Purpose
The Measurement & Evaluation Intern will support the Evaluation Lead to design, implement, and report on program outcomes and impact. This role provides practical experience in evaluation methodologies, data collection, analysis, and translating findings into actionable insights that inform decision-making and demonstrate organisational impact. Key Responsibilities Work with the Evaluation Lead to support evaluation activities across programs and initiatives Assist in the development and refinement of outcomes frameworks, indicators, and success measures Support data collection processes (e.g. surveys, interviews, administrative data) Assist with data cleaning, basic analysis, and synthesis of findings Contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights clearly Support continuous improvement by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities from evaluation data Assist in documenting evaluation methodologies and processes Key Deliverables Contributions to program evaluation plans and frameworks Data summaries and analysed findings Draft reports, insights papers, or presentations Recommendations to strengthen program outcomes and measurement approaches Skills & Experience (Desirable) Interest in evaluation, research, data analysis, or social impact Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and meaningful way
