Role Title: Grants Preparation Intern - assisting with template creation and AI

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: East Perth
We seek an intern who is interested in the behind-the-scenes of grant writing & marketing. In particular, we seek an intern who would be willing to:
1. Pull out our previous grant applications (with each application currently consisting of one application document with the questions below addressed according to varied word limits)
2. Develop from these a series of documents where responses to each question have been amalgamated into one document of paragraphs with various word limits specified:
2.1 Describe your organisation / What does your organisation do?
2.2 Describe your project (organised by category e.g. health promotion, core Hearing Health Outreach Program, Wrap the Gap program)
2.3 What issue is your organisation solving and how (organised by category e.g. social issue, health issue, educational issue)
2.4 What results do you expect for this program / project and how will these be measured?
3. Take the budget spreadsheets we have submitted, to create a master budget spreadsheet that we can pull from, for future grant applications.
4. Explore the use of Microsoft CoPilot and the above documents to apply for new grants.
5. Assist in developing an overarching grants-application plan.
6. Track Social Media engagement and suggest a strategies for improvement.
Our intern would be working alongside our manager of Partnerships, Sponsors and Grants, and other staff involved in grants preparation. Their input would be welcomed in related meetings wherever possible.
