Role Title: CRM Discovery and Pilot Project Intern

The CRM & Community Engagement Intern will help Perth City Farm set up the foundations of a simple, fit for purpose customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Working closely with the Site & Operations Manager (primary supervisor) and collaborating with the CEO and the Events, Markets and Education teams, the intern will map how we currently collect and use contact information, review CRM options that suit a small not for profit, and support the configuration of a pilot CRM for Perth City Farm.
The focus is on making it easier for us to understand and communicate with our key audiences, including workshop participants, market visitors, venue clients, donors and volunteers. This is a practical, project based role where the intern will see their work directly support better community engagement and income generation.
Perth City Farm is a 26 year old Urban Farm that provides space and opportunities to build community connections, and educates and enables people to live sustainably.
