Role Overview
HelpingMinds is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research and Training Intern to support the development, review, and creation of training and educational resources across the organisation. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students interested in research, mental health, community services, education, psychology, human resources, or communications to gain practical experience within the not-for-profit sector.
The intern will work collaboratively with staff to assist in researching best-practice information, reviewing training materials, and supporting the coordination and development of internal and external learning resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research on relevant mental health, wellbeing, and community sector topics.
* Assist with the review and development of training materials, presentations, and resources.
* Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting where required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to staff and community education.
* Help maintain training documentation and resource libraries.
* Provide general administrative support to the training and development team.
