Digital Content Intern: End-of-Life Workshops Video and Workbook

Role Title: Digital Content Intern: End-of-Life Workshops Video and Workbook

Organisation: Melville Cares

Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)

Location: Palmyra

Role Description

We have been working in partnership with Professor Davina Porock at Edith Cowan University in the development of workbooks and videos supporting clients to understand more about end of life and as such be better prepared. Currently over 80% of our clients would prefer to die at home but less than 15% will. Planning is a crucial part of enabling more people to do so.
The intern will assist the team to create a new video based on our current video and work that introduces the process of dying, with inserts into other presentations. The intern will update and present a shorter version of the workbook, as well. This internship will also review the feedback of the tools including short videos of its impact and collate into a single presentation. The workshops commence in May.
