Role Title: Community History Intern

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support the Community Historian at the Wanneroo Community History Centre in the care, processing and preservation of local history materials.
The intern will contribute to meaningful, project-based work that strengthens how the community history centre manages and shares its collection, supporting long-term preservation and public access goals that benefit the wider community. The intern will also assist staff hosting family history research programs.
Working closely with the community historian, the intern will gain practical experience in working with local history collections include cataloguing and organisation of archival materials, digitisation, online access and discoverability.
