Role Title: Policy, Risk & Assurance Intern

Role Description

Ruah is seeking a Policy, Risk & Assurance Intern to support the Head of Governance and the Policy, Risk & Assurance Manager in the review and improvements to Ruah's Policy Management Framework.
The intern will contribute to the review of Ruah's policies, procedures and supporting documents as it transitions its documentation to its revised policy model and hierarchy. The work will involve mapping Ruah's suite of governance documents, aligning to best practice and implementing a workplan to transition key documents into the new framework. The role sits within Ruah’s Governance function and will primarily interact with the Head of Governance, Policy, Risk & Assurance Manager, Corporate Services teams, and various leaders across the business. The intern will gain broad exposure to senior leaders across both corporate and operational and get a great insight into working in a leading integrated community services organisation in Western Australia, in an exciting time of change and opportunity. The intern will also have the opportunity gain a better understanding in working in a dynamic environment where they can apply theoretical knowledge into real world experience.
