Role Title: Commissioning Maturity Action Plan (CMAP) Intern

Role Description

Quality Action Plan Implementation - this is underway as an overarching project to improve Commissioning processes at the Mental Health Commission (MHC) and is associated with an assessment report that has assessed the Commissioning Maturity of MHC. This project is overseen by the MHC Executive Committe and has its own Steering Committee and four associated working groups 1) Capability & Capacity, Strategy & Planning 2) Data and Outcomes 3) Funding & Finance 4) Cultural Safety & Co-design. There are 50 development action's associated with the Action Plan Implementation. It is hoped that the interested intern will gain an understanding of best practice in Commissioning and support working groups in the implementation of development actions. Support Project Manager in Communication and Change Management planning and artefacts.
The end-to-end process mapping of commissioning process future state has been drafted alongside Commissioning Operating Model. This will be very informative in managing and supporting change. It is a very exciting project and involves all areas of the Mental Health Commission.
