Role Description

This project internship will support the development of research and insights to inform Solaris Cancer Care’s Pilbara service. As a newly established regional service, there is an opportunity to build a clearer understanding of best practice approaches to supportive care in regional and remote communities. The intern will assist in undertaking targeted research, including reviewing relevant literature, benchmarking similar services, and identifying emerging trends in regional healthcare delivery. The role will also involve synthesising findings into clear, practical insights that can support service planning, stakeholder discussions, and ongoing service development. Working closely with the regional services team, the intern will contribute to strengthening an evidence-informed approach to service delivery and gain experience in applying research to real-world community health settings.
