Role Title: Legal intern

The Legal Intern will provide research and resource development support to CEWA, assisting the team to translate the Fair Work Commission's gender undervaluation decision and changes to the SCHADS Award into practical, accessible guidance for community service employers in Western Australia.
Community Employers WA represents not-for-profit employers in the non-government sector of Western Australia.
CEWA was registered as an Employer Organisation by the WA Industrial Commission in September 2009 after 29 community employers started meeting in late 2007 to discuss common issues as employers.
CEWA’s primary objective is to represent NFP employers through facilitating collective action for strong and sustainable community services across Western Australia.
