Role Title: Data and IT Project Intern 2

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)

Support Transplant Australia to strengthen its use of data and digital systems through a clearly defined project that improves reporting, organisational processes or online information.
The intern will undertake one agreed priority project, selected according to organisational needs, project readiness and the intern’s skills. Potential projects include membership and Australian Transplant Games participation analysis, a fundraising systems review, an organisational reporting dashboard or support for the rollout of a new website.
Key responsibilities
Review relevant data, systems or content and clarify requirements with staff.
Undertake analysis or development within an agreed scope.
Produce practical outputs that staff can use and maintain.
Check accuracy, document limitations and incorporate staff feedback.
Handle organisational and member information confidentially.
Prepare clear documentation and a handover, including recommendations for a future project stage.
