Business Development Intern – Bridge Builders (Mandurah)
The Business Development Intern will support Bridge Builders in exploring sustainable growth opportunities by assisting with the development of a scalable franchise model for the organisation's Backpack Buddies program. The student will conduct market research, analyse comparable franchise and social enterprise models, identify operational requirements, and contribute to the development of business plans, financial considerations, and implementation frameworks. The intern may also assist with stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and the preparation of business development resources to support future expansion. This role is ideal for students studying Business, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, or related disciplines who are interested in social enterprise, strategic growth, and creating sustainable community impact.
