Role Title: Data Systems Intern - HR & Admin Dashboards

Role Description

A new team has been created in the Communicable Disease Control Directorate to run finance, HR and admin.
Some Sharepoint Lists have been created to help manage this work including: - List of job positions and when job descriptions should be reviewed - List of correspondence tracking progress and who has it - e.g. ministerials, parliamentary questions, media enquiries. A dashboard is required that can be used for recurring items in the Program Manager's Meeting which includes the program managers, Director and the Senior Medical Advisors. The dashboard should be clear and show key indicator such as: - are any correspondence items overdue? - how many correspondence items are coming up? - are any JDFs due for review? There is potential to create other lists or other items in the dashboard to add to this such as: - build an organisational structure from the job positions (we already have a Power BI prototype of this) - what are the key risks? and any due dates. - what are the key projects? show start/end dates in a gantt chart (Power BI)
