Role Title: Digital Transformation Project Intern

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)

The intern will support Midway Community Care's digital transformation project by.
Supporting the project teams in building Technology requirements template and helping them identify additional items. Contributing to, reviewing and helping build workflows using tools such as Excel and Visio and helping challenge how we think about business processes. Helping to identify and document risks the project team will face and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Supporting the project teams in ensuring project governance is built in and documented. At the end of the internship I will be asking the intern to present to my leadership team on some key areas and learning they have gained form this project. It is also expected that they will be engaged with our external IT consultants as well.
