Role Title: RTO Systems and Administration Intern

Youth Futures WA is seeking a McCusker Intern to support the RTO team with the rollout and implementation of a new system.
The intern will assist with reviewing current processes, supporting the transition to the new system, documenting procedures and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience. The role may also involve data review and migration, testing system functionality, developing user resources and supporting staff with the implementation process.
This opportunity would suit a student with an interest in business administration, information systems, project management, data, education and training, or process improvement.
Potential project areas include:
* Supporting the implementation of the new RTO system
* Reviewing and documenting existing processes
* Assisting with data and information migration
* Testing and identifying system improvements
* Developing user guides and supporting documentation
* Reviewing workflows and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency
* Supporting staff during the transition to the new system
