Role Title: HR Project Intern

The HR Project Intern will support the review and enhancement of organisational job descriptions to align with current best practice, legislative requirements, and internal capability frameworks. Working closely with the People & Culture team, the intern will research contemporary job description standards and contribute to the development of a consistent, organisation-wide template.
Key responsibilities include analysing and updating existing job descriptions, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s Capability Framework and Mandatory Training Matrix, and incorporating relevant legislative and compliance requirements. The intern will play a key role in improving the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of role documentation across the organisation.
This internship offers valuable exposure to human resources processes, organisational design, and workforce capability development, while contributing to a meaningful organisational improvement project.
