Role Title: Community Development Intern - Program Development
Organisation: Minnawarra House
Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: Armadale
The Intern will undertake an organisational project to develop Minnawarra House's first comprehensive Community Development Plan.
Working alongside staff, volunteers, community members and partner organisations, the intern will investigate current community needs, identify opportunities for future growth, and develop practical strategies that strengthen community participation, inclusion and wellbeing.
This placement provides an opportunity for a student to apply community development theory in a real-world setting while delivering a lasting resource that will guide organisational planning over the coming years.
