Role Title: UWA Customer Service Ai Agent - IT component - Intern 2

This project focuses on the initial exploration and design of a Customer Service AI Agent for the University - a smart, responsive digital assistant aimed at enhancing student and staff support services. The objective is to investigate user expectations, map service interactions, and co-design solutions that improve communication and efficiency within support channels.
As part of a multidisciplinary team of interns, the students will collaborate with IT, Student Services staff and stakeholders. Over time, the group will apply a human-centred approach to understand support needs, gather and analyze service feedback, and develop early conversation flows or chatbot prototype.
This internship provides an exciting platform to help shape the foundation for a future-ready Customer Service AI Agent, one that is intuitive, empathetic, and aligned with the genuine experiences of users navigating university services.
