Role Title: Project Intern - Organisational Development

The Organisational Development Intern will support a strategic review of DPC's Graduate Program and broader early talent practices.
The internship will focus on identifying opportunities to enhance the DPC Graduate Program through research and comparative analysis of leading graduate programs across Australia and the United Kingdom. Particular attention will be given to public sector organisations, organisations of a similar size to DPC, and employers consistently recognised as Top Graduate Employers by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), particularly within the small employer category.
The intern will undertake analysis of the current DPC Graduate Program and compare its design, structure and offerings against leading graduate programs, identifying areas of strength, gaps, opportunities and emerging best practice. This may include elements such as attraction and recruitment strategies, onboarding, rotations, capability development, mentoring, networking, leadership engagement, immersion experiences and career pathways.
Findings will help inform future program development, continuous improvement initiatives and support DPC's continued positioning as an employer of choice. DPC was recognised as an AAGE Top Graduate Employer in 2024 and 2025 and is seeking to build on this success through ongoing review and enhancement of the Graduate Program.
