Role Description

We are looking for an intern who is interested in politics and the political landscape in Western Australia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in public policy, advocacy, and political engagement within a dynamic non-profit environment. The intern would be undertaking independent research, under the guidance of HCCWA staff, into members of parliament and helping refine a list of politicians who might be interested in providing support to HCCWA. They would also be undertaking research into how other advocacy organisations work with members of parliament to advance their priorities, and will provide recommendations to HCCWA on possible future relationships with members of parliament. The Intern would be working with our Systemic Advocacy lead and the engagement team.
