Role Title: Marketing and Communications Intern

The Marketing Intern will support the national marketing and communications team to deliver national initiatives at a state and local level. This role offers hands-on experience across campaign coordination, storytelling, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. The intern will help ensure that national campaigns are activated consistently and meaningfully across the relevant State - celebrating athletes, engaging communities, and strengthening awareness of Special Olympics Australia.
Our mission is to provide inclusive training and competition across the State in a variety of sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, improve wellbeing, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship within the community.
