Role Overview
NDS WA is seeking a motivated McCusker Centre for Citizenship intern to support the development of a more effective system for capturing, organising and using insights and data from disability service providers . The project aims to strengthen NDS WA’s understanding of sector needs and use these insights to inform sector development, engagement and support initiatives.
The intern will contribute to the early development of the proposed Provider Insights Loop, exploring practical and cost-effective ways to collect provider feedback, identify emerging trends and translate insights into meaningful actions. The project will consider the organisation’s existing CRM capabilities and identify opportunities to improve processes using current technology platforms or affordable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Review the proposed Provider Insights Loop and assist with refining the project concept and implementation approach.
Map existing processes for collecting, recording, analysing and sharing insights from disability service providers.
Research and identify suitable low-cost digital tools and technology solutions to support data collection and reporting.
Assess opportunities to improve the use of existing CRM and Microsoft 365 platforms, where appropriate.
Develop recommendations for a practical, sustainable system for capturing provider feedback and identifying sector-wide trends and emerging needs.
