Role Title: HR Project Intern

The HR Project intern will be working with our talent partner to develop a library of competency based interview guides and advert templates for all roles. This will involve reviewing current recruitment materials, identifying key skills and behaviours required across positions, and helping to create consistent, high-quality resources. The intern will also gain exposure to best-practice recruitment processes and contribute to improving the overall candidate experience.
