Role Title: HR intern

The HR Intern will support CEWA in developing practical, accessible human resources guidance and resources for community service employers in Western Australia, with a focus on helping organisations to understand and implement the SCHADS Award changes arising from the Fair Work Commission's gender undervaluation decision.
Community Employers WA represents not-for-profit employers in the non-government sector of Western Australia.
CEWA was registered as an Employer Organisation by the WA Industrial Commission in September 2009 after 29 community employers started meeting in late 2007 to discuss common issues as employers.
CEWA’s primary objective is to represent NFP employers through facilitating collective action for strong and sustainable community services across Western Australia.
