Role Title: Human Resources Project Intern
Organisation: SwanCare Aged Care
Internship Period: Summer (November - December)
Location: Bentley
Working with the Human Resources department to:
1. research best practice for Job Description templates
2. review our current template against the research findings and suggest any changes to the format
3. Conduct an audit of current Job Descriptions by role to identify missing Job Descriptions
4. Draft project plan to cover transfer of existing Job Descriptions to new format and drafting of new Job Descriptions where these are not currently held.
