The Policies and Procedures Intern at Women at One Inc will support the development, review, and documentation of organizational policies that align with our mission to empower women and promote equity. This role involves conducting research on best practices, assisting in drafting and updating internal procedures, and ensuring all materials are clearly written and accessible. The intern will collaborate with multiple departments to gather input and help maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting, editing, and organizing internal policy and procedure documents Conduct research on nonprofit policy standards and regulatory requirements Support internal audits of current policies for accuracy, relevance, and compliance Collaborate with staff to gather feedback and ensure clarity in documentation Help maintain a centralized policy database for easy staff access Qualifications: Strong writing and organizational skills Interest in nonprofit management, policy development, or human resources Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Commitment to the mission and values of Women at One Inc
