Role Description

Purpose:
1. To capture, analyse and make recommendations to improve the client and guardian journey/experience across all stages of engagement with our Disability Services division. 2. Create a digital information and education resources hub for clients and guardians that is easy to access and provides clear and consistent information resources. Scope: You'll document the full client journey from initial enquiry and onboarding through to ongoing service delivery and feedback. This will involve reviewing current processes, resources, and communication touchpoints to identify gaps, duplication, or areas of confusion. In addition, you'll analyse common enquiries from participants and families, and identify information needs that can be provided via a digital information hub. The project will be informed by research within the disability sector and should result in practical, achievable recommendations that can be implemented by the organisation. Key outcomes summary: • A documented client journey map outlining key touchpoints, responsibilities, and identified gaps • Clear, evidence-based recommendations to improve participant and family experience • Updated onboarding and information resources aligned with participant needs • Propose digital information hub structure to improve access to key participant and family information • Draft easy to understand resources, along with a clear and practical plan for how and when they can be implemented
