Role Title: Environmental Intern

The Native Vegetation (NV) Team require assistance in commencing the NV 2026-2027 compliance plan. The intern will be tasked with reviewing compliance against clearing permit reports submitted to the Department.
If the Department decides to grant a clearing permit application, a permit is created that lists conditions the applicant needs to abide too. The applicant has yearly reporting obligations to report on the compliance against each permit condition. The intern will review low and medium risk clearing permit reports to ensure compliance has been met, and submit any non-compliance to the Native Vegetation compliance team.
