Role Title: Worksafe Legal Digital Content and IT Data System Intern

Organisation: Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS)

Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)

Location: East Perth

Role Description

Within the Worksafe Legal Division, the intern will assist with the following projects:
A - Develop an interactive digital manual which captures and maps the Worksafe Legal Division's workflows and work processes incorporating the team's precedents, policies, procedures and forms. B - Develop short internal learning and development videos for Worksafe Inspectors including collection of information, script writing and development of the videos. C - Review the Worksafe Legal Team's IT and data systems including the use of Microsoft 365 including Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, OneNote, Copilot and SharePoint and other computer programs, identify issues currently experienced in relation to IT and data system and develop a report setting recommendations for improvement and streamlining of IT and data systems.
