Role Title: Facilities Systems Intern
Organisation: The Y WA
Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: Welshpool
This role will support the Facilities Manager in maintaining the integrity, accuracy and effectiveness of the Y WA's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while identifying opportunities to improve reporting, workflow efficiency and preventative maintenance practices across the organisation.
The intern will gain practical experience in:
- Facilities and asset management.
- Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Business process improvement.
- Contractor and stakeholder management.
- Preventative maintenance planning.
- Continuous improvement methodologies.
- Organisational asset governance and compliance.
